Buildings

Village Hall
Increases your total amount of money with 500 gold per day.
Cost: Starting Building.
Requirements: No.

Town Hall
Increases your total amount of money with 1000 gold per day.
Cost: 2500 gold
Requirements: Village Hall, Tavern

City Hall
Increases your total amount of money with 2000 gold per day.
Cost: 5000 gold
Requirements: Town Hall, Marketplace, Mage Guild level 1, Blacksmith

Capitol
Increases your total amount of money with 4000 gold per day.
Cost: 10000 gold
Requirements: City Hall, Castle

Fort
The town recieves a giant wall during sieges to prevent enemies for capturing the town.
Cost: 5000 gold, 20 wood and 20 ore
Requirements: No.

Citadel
The City's wall is harder to destroy, increases weekly growth on all creatures with 50%, creates a moat and a tower with a Lizard Bowman who shoots the enemies during a siege.
Cost: 2500 gold and 5 ore
Requirements: Fort.

Castle
Adds an additional 2 towers during a siege and increases weekly creature growth with 100%.
Cost: 5000 gold, 10 wood and 10 ore
Requirements: Citadel.

Tavern
You could hire heroes in the tavern. Also, you could look in the Thieves Guild.
Cost: 500 gold and 5 Wood
Requirements: No.

Marketplace
You could exchange one resource to another here.
Cost: 500 gold and 5 wood
Requirements: Village Hall

Resource Silo
Here you will get +1 sulfur per day.
Cost: 5000 gold and 5 ore
Requirements: Marketplace

Hidden Storage
Here you will get +1 wood and +1 ore per day.
Cost: 2500 gold, 2 mercury and 2 sulfur
Requirements: Resource Silo, Engineering Hut.

Mage Guild level 1-4
You will learn spells through the Mage Guild.
Cost: 2500 gold, 5 sulfur
Requirements: Village Hall

Blacksmith
Here you could buy a First aid tent.
Cost: 1000 gold, 5 ore
Requirements: Village Hall

Engineering Hut
Improves the Blacksmith. Now you could buy all war machines.
Cost: 2000 gold, 5 mercury, 5 crystal and 10 ore.
Requirements: Blacksmith, Citadel

Tempest Tower
Upgrades the Lizard's in the towers during a siege. They are now Lizard Snipers and their damage is increased with 25%. Also, growth of all creatures increases by 5%.
Cost: 6000 gold, 15 ore
Requirements: Citadel, Archery Range

Learning Keep
Here you could learn the following secondary skills: Archery, Mysticism, First Aid and Artillery.
Cost: 5000 gold
Requirements: City Hall

Dwellings

Vault of Secrets
Here you could recruit Lizard Acolytes.
Cost: 500 gold, 2 mercury
Requirements: Fort

Chamber of Secrets
An upgrade to Vault of Secrets. Here you could recruit Lizard Templars.
Cost: 2000 gold
Requirements: Vault of Secrets, Mage guild level 1

School of Archery
Here you could recruit Lizard Bowmen.
Cost: 1000 gold, 5 wood and 5 ore.
Requirements: Vault of Secrets

Archery Range
An upgrade to School of Archery. Here you could recruit Lizard Snipers.
Cost: 2000 gold, 10 wood
Requirements: School of Archery

Lizard Barracks
Here you could recruit Lizard Militias.
Cost: 2000 gold, 10 ore
Requirements: Vault of Secrets, Blacksmith

Legion Barracks
An upgrade for the Lizard Barracks.Here you could recruit Lizard Cohorts.
Cost: 3500 gold, 5 wood, 5 ore and 5 sulfur.
Requirements: Lizard Barracks

Ballista Prison
Here you could recruit Ballista Slaves.
Cost: 4000 gold, 10 wood, 10 ore and 5 mercury.
Requirements: School of Archery, Engineering Hut.

Ballista Workshop
An upgrade for the Ballista Prison. Here you could recruit Ballista Crew.
Cost: 4000 gold and 15 wood
Requirements: Archery Range, Legion Barracks

Mystery Cottage
Here you could recruit Lizard Seers.
Cost: 1000 gold, 2 gem, 2 sulfur, 2 mercury, 2 crystal, 5 wood and 5 ore.
Requirements: Lizard Barracks, Mage guild level 2

Mystery Quarter
An upgrade for the Mystery Cottage. Here you could recruit Lizard Sorcerers.
Cost: 3000 gold, 5 gem and 5 crystal.
Requirements: Mystery Cottage, Learning Keep.

Wild Lodge
Here you could recruit Wild Hunters.
Cost: 6000 gold, 15 wood and 5 crystal
Requirements: Ballista Prison, Mystery Cottage

Tribal Lodge
An upgrade for the Wild Lodge. Here you could recruit Wild Avengers.
Cost: 10000 gold and 10 wood
Requirements: Wild Lodge

Wyvern's Lair
Here you could recruit Wyvern Riders.
Cost: 10000 gold, 10 sulfur and 20 ore
Requirements: Wild Lodge, Castle

Lair of Fear
An upgrade for the Wyvern's Lair. Here you could recruit Wyvern Legionnaires.
Cost: 20000 gold, 15 sulfur, 15 wood and 25 ore
Requirements: Wyvern's Lair, Tempest Tower

maybe it is only my opinion but i think that Tempest Tower is too powerfull or too cheap
