This campaign sounds good, it includes many factions and we'd be able to observe it from many different sides, just like in Homm. While I think a rebellion could be solved easily, this is also a good idea, and an ancient reptilian civilization would be great with my ruined city idea.

Yes, weathered, vine covered buildings would be a great addition. Thinking of using the same style as Act 3 of Diablo 2.

Yeah, expect I wouldn't use any aztec buildings, and also less water. Well you'll see it anyway.

Actually I'm thinking of using most of old South America's civilizations, since it's most fitting to jungle theme, and has a relation to Fortress.

What a messy inventory screen.

Speaking of artifacts...
Some concepts.
Voodoo Mask: head item, major. +8 knowledge
Golden Idol: misc, relic. +3 morale and luck, generates 5 gems and 5k gold per day
Robe of Saurus Kings: shoulders, major. +5 to all prymary skills
Cuirass of Saurus Kings: chest, major. +5 to defence and knowledge
Crown of Saurus Kings: head, major. +5 knowledge and spell power.
Combo artifact: Regalia of Saurus Kings: chest, relic. Bonuses from 3 arties above and gives 50 skirmishers/javelineers every week.

I'm to conviced to use tents, or aztec buildings... There'll be some tents in my drawing, but again, the aztec theme was mastered with the Fortress background. As most H3 towns, it is a masterpiece that cannot be improved. That's why I suggest ancient roman buildings. A lot of those features artwork of snakes, and with the cover of veins it'd be awesome.
I don't know if any of you had played God of War 2, but if yes then think about the part when you're going up against Medusa's sister, that's what I mean exactly.

By the way, good artifacts, and indeed a messy inventory screen.

Well it could be in use. I dunno. Its for Mesio to decide. Basically this campaign would have a true HoMM3 style as seen in the original games.
